Responsibilities:

In this hands-on role, you will manage infrastructure, networking, security and end-user support. Specific duties include:

• Monitor network (e.g., Wi-Fi, LAN/WANs) & end-user devices, servers, Microsoft licenses and related lifecycles
• Manage VPNs, firewalls, security platforms
• Manage DHCP, DNS, trusts, Directories
• Develop new and manage existing policies and procedures
• Implement process and controls improvements by monitoring metrics and agreements
• Liaise with external vendors
• Maintain system documentation
• Co-ordinate audits
• Supervise a small staff

Requirements:

• ~10+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Recent experience as an in-house IT Manager supervising staff
