Our client is a well-established oil & gas services company.  A retirement has led to the opportunity for a Sr. HR Manager to join the team.  This is a permanent position reporting to the President.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the President, the Senior HR Manager is ultimately responsible for the HR function of the company.  Specific duties include:

  • Leading and mentoring a small team
  • Represent HR in all company matters
  • Full cycle HR responsibilities, including performance reviews, executive coaching, recruitment, employee training programs and more
  • Employee relations, including dispute resolution
  • Compensation
  • Manage Benefit provider
  • Other duties as directed by the President

 

Requirements

  • CPHR required
  • 20+ years of HR experience
  • Exposure to the responsibilities listed above
  • Experience being the leader of an HR Group
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
